We are still defining the structure. Whether that lands as equity in the project SPV, fixed-return notes, or a hybrid model will depend on the development and on the regulatory frame we land with our lawyers.
Rather than promise a structure today and rebuild it tomorrow, we are inviting early conversations with serious capital, so the first cohort shapes the offering with us.
